If your purchase doesn't perfectly capture the retro aesthetic you were looking for, our simple exchange and return process is here to help.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from perfume, makeup, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
